Global cellular IoT connections up 40% to 1.56 billion in 2019 - research

The number of cellular IoT subscribers worldwide grew by 40 percent in 2019 to 1.56 billion, driven by strong uptake across the main markets of China, Western Europe and North America, according to new research from Berg Insight.
