Global spending on cloud videoconferencing systems to grow 24% this year

Global spending on cloud-based web conferencing systems will lift 24.3 percent year-on-year to USD 4.1 billion this year, according to the latest study from Gartner . Growth will be boosted by the coronavirus pandemic but this should taper off next year as conferencing services become commonplace. Spending was at USD 3.3 billion the year before.
