GlobalConnect selects Cyan to upgrade network capacity

Danish network and hosting services provider GlobalConnect has completed the deployment of a 400G network using the Cyan Blue Planet SDN system and Z-Series packet-optical platform throughout Denmark. The network upgrade allows GlobalConnect to deliver a variety of wavelength and Ethernet services to enterprise customers and data centre operators, as well as wholesale services to other carriers. The Denmark-wide 400G rollout is anchored by Cyan Z-Series packet-optical transport platforms (P-OTPs).
