Go concludes IPO of subsidiary BMIT Technologies

Maltese operator Go's subsidiary BMIT Technologies will be formally listed on the Malta Stock Exchange, marking the completion of its IPO, where institutional and general investors subscribed to close to 99 million shares valued at approximately EUR 49 million. In a company announcement, Go confirmed that the IPO was over-subscribed by 30.8 million shares. BMIT Technologies will start its trading activity on the regulated main market of the Malta Stock Exchange on 18 February, under the BMIT ticker symbol.
