Go ON UK maps digital exclusion

Digital skills charity Go ON UK has produced an online mapping tool called the Go ON UK Digital Exclusion Heatmap developed with the BBC, the Local Government Association and the London School of Economics. The map displays a measure of digital exclusion at the local level to provide policy-makers and those working in this sector with the insight to help drive engagement, action and funding where it is most needed. The organisation has also launched the Go ON Local Beta online community toolkit and collaborative platform. The charity's research has found that 23 percent of UK residents do not
