Gogo prices USD 905 mln bond offering

Some of the money raised will be used to pay back all outstanding 12.500 percent senior secured notes due 2022. The rest will go towards general corporate purposes, including the repurchase, retirement or repayment of Gogo's 3.75 percent convertible senior notes due 2020, in whole or in part, at or before maturity.
