Gogo starts USD 900 mln bond offering

Monday 15 April 2019 | 15:37 CET | News
Gogo has started an offering of USD 900 million worth of senior secured notes due 2024. The notes will be secured by first-priority liens on substantially all of the issuers' and guarantors' assets. Gogo said there can be no assurance that the offering will be completed. But if it does, the company will use the net proceeds to redeem all of its 12.500 percent senior secured notes due 2022, and for general corporate purposes. This may include the repurchase, retirement or repayment of Gogo's 3.75 percent convertible senior notes due 2022, in whole or in part, at or before maturity.
