Google considering chip development - report

Google may be planning to design its own server processors using technology from ARM Holdings, said a person with knowledge of the matter, reported Bloomberg. Leveraging its own designs, Google could be better equipped to manage the interactions between hardware and software, said the person who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.
