Google gives into employee demands on tackling sexual harassment

Google has responded to pressure from employees to take claims of sexual harassment in the workplace more seriously. CEO Sundar Pichai announced in a statement that the company would no longer require employees affected by such claims to resort to arbitration, rather than legal claims, and the company will provide more disclosure on how it handles such claims.
