Google invests GBP 1 mln in computer teachers training

Google has announced GBP 1 million in grants to support training for secondary school computing teachers in the UK, with a focus on disadvantaged areas. The Google.org grants will help the National STEM Learning Centre, the British Computer Society and the Raspberry Pi Foundation deliver free computer science training for thousands of KS3 and KS4 teachers in England over 3 years.
