Google Maps reintroduces embeds, plans ad integration

Google has integrated embeds into its new Google Maps interface and has announced plans to include ads in these embedded maps in the coming weeks, according to TechCrunch. When Google launched the new version of the online mapping service, it introduced a new look, more personalised maps as well as additional new features. Earlier in November, Google reintroduced Pegman to make Street View more accessible and is now also reintroducing embeds.
