Google plans to launch ISPs in DRC, Congo - report

Google will open an ISP in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Thomas Luhaka, the country's deputy prime minister and postal and telecom minister, said at a meeting with the head of Google's fancophone office, Tidjane Deme.
