Google raises equity of Lithuanian subsidiary, obtains e-money licence

Google Payment Lithuania has raised its equity to EUR 2.37 million from EUR 2,500, reports Vz.lt. The new equity level was registered on 19 December. Google International LLC is the sole shareholder of Google Payment Lithuania, which plans to provide payment and other financial services but which lacked the relevant licence from the Lithuanian Central Bank by 21 December.
