Google to expand operations in the US

Google has announced it will be pushing operations forward in the US with 14 new or expanded offices offices and data centres set to open across the country. The company opened its first office outside California in 2000. It now has offices and data centres in 21 US states. New investments in data centres will be made in Alabama, Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia and Oklahoma. The Tennesse data centre in Clarksville/Montgomery County is part of a USD 2.5 billion investment.
