Google trains 1 mln African youth on digital skills

Google says one million African youth have been equipped with digital and entrepreneurship skills under Google's Digital Skills for Africa Programme that was launched in April 2016. The trainings were delivered via face-to-face by partners and through an online platform to the youth to build an online presence, create content, understand web design and user experience, social media and app development.
