Google, Twitter announce donations to back social justice groups

Google, Twitter and other technology companies announced they will make donations to back social justice groups amid the protests in the US following the death of George Floyd in police custody, according to Cnet. Google pledged USD 12 million and YouTube USD 1 million in funding to civil rights groups. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey also announced another round of Start Small business grants.
