Govt may lift foreign ownership restrictions on Telstra

The Australian government may look at restrictions on foreign ownership of telecommunications company Telstra. The Australian Financial Review reports that communications minister Malcolm Turnbull suggested that the government could consider changing the laws before the end of the year.
