GoWi-Fi eyes more financing as user base grows

Portuguese start-up GoWi-Fi is celebrating its two-year existence and over 750,000 users and is close to securing financing that could reach up to EUR 1 million, reports Jornal de Negocios. The largest free Wi-Fi network in Portugal has around 40,000 new users per month and the service is available on a network shared by cities, public transportation, shopping malls and several hundred retailers.
