Greek banks convert Forthnet bonds to shares

Greek banks have increased their shareholdings in pay-TV and broadband operator Forthnet, under convertible bond rights. Forthnet said they acquired 53.7 million new shares worth in total EUR 16.1 million. This increases the company's share capital by 48.8 percent to EUR 49.1 million and 163.8 million outstanding shares.
