GSMA welcomes govts commitment to harmonise bands

John Giusti, Deputy Chief Regulatory Officer of global mobile operators industry group GSMA, gave a comment on the outcome of the Baltic Sea Summit regarding the Second Digital Dividend -700 MHz band- which took place in Helsinki.  According to him, the GSMA supports the Finnish Ministry of Communications for spearheading a unified approach to the allocation of 700 MHz spectrum for mobile broadband in the Baltic Sea region.
