GT&T appoints new CTO

Guyana Telephone & Telegraph (GT&T) has appointed Russell Davis as the company's new CTO. The appointed executive holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alberta. From 2009 to date, Davis has held the position of Director of the Telco's technical operations and planning division.
