Guinea-Bissau regulator ARN launches telecom control and monitoring platform

Guinea-Bissau's telecom regulator ARN has launched a platform for control and monitoring of telecommunication operators' activities. It enables live monitoring of the quality of different services (voice, internet and SMS), of network coverage, taxes due from operators, possible fraud on the network, and mobile money transactions.
