Gulf Business Machines names new CEO

Middle East IT solutions provider, Gulf Business Machines (GBM) has appointed Martin Tarr as its new chief executive officer. In his new role, Tarr will be responsible for leading the overall, day-to-day operations of the company from GBM's Dubai headquarters and will be working closely with the company's branches in the region. He brings with him a wealth of international experience across multiple disciplines to the job, having previously held several key IT leadership roles over the last 10 years in IBM's European and Middle East and Africa headquarters.
