Hakom puts universal services contract out to tender

The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (Hakom) has announced a pubilc tender for the selection of an operator of universal electronic communications services across the entire Croatian territory, or for a particular part of that territory, for a period of four years. The operator will have to provide access to the public communications network and publicly available telephone services at a fixed location, access for end-users to a directory and inquiry service of all subscribers, the installation of payphones, and special measures for people with disabilities.
