Half Germans use voice control on smartphone

One in two smartphone users in Germany (52%) use voice control, according to a study conducted on behalf of IT association Bitkom. Voice control is particularly popular among young smartphone users, at 58 percent of those aged 14 to 29, followed by those aged 30 to 49 (54%) and between 50 to 64 (52%). Only one in four above the age of 65 uses the function.
