Half of German internet users block cookies - survey

Over 1 in 2 (54%) internet users in Germany have already deleted cookies or blocked them from being stored, according to a survey for ICT industry group Bitkom. A total of 43 percent have deleted cookies, and 28 percent have changed their browser settings so that cookies cannot be saved.
