Half of Malta's fixed broadband users unaware of monthly fee amount

Almost half of Malta's fixed broadband users, 46 percent, don't know the monthly cost of their service and nearly a third, 28 percent, are not aware what download and upload speeds their service supports, according to a survey conducted by EMCS in H2 2017 on behalf of the Malta Communications Authority (MCA). Just 18 percent of respondents with a fixed broadband access at home say they have tested their connection's download speed.
