Half of Norwegians want local council to use more technology

Telenor Norway said 49 percent of Norwegians think their local council should make better use of new technology, according to a TNS Gallup opinion poll. Only 13 percent of respondents said their local authority had made significant use of smart technology, and 46 percent did not know if their council had used it or not. It found 57 percent consider that smart technology can improve local public services.
