Half of Poles stay loyal to their mobile operator

According to the latest Ericsson ConsumerLab report, half of Poles are loyal to their mobile operator, reports Telko.in. The most decisive factor for staying with their current operator is the quality of mobile internet services. The authors of the research note that video transmission will increasingly become a challenge for operators. It said 41 percent of Polish internet users declare issues with video fluency.
