Half of Tele2 Sweden's managers are women

Half the members of Tele2 Sweden's management team are women, according to an article on Computer Sweden's website. CEO Thomas Ekman told the publication that equality makes the company more profitable. He said Tele2 uses what he referred to as internal recruitment hubs, looking further afield than a boss looking at their network of closest contacts. Jobs must be advertised in the right way, too, he said.
