H&D Wireless raises USD 3 mln, mulls Q1 share listing

Swedish Internet of Things, cloud and platform system provider H&D Wireless said it has raise USD 3 million from a network of European private individuals, with an option for another USD 4 million. The capital will be used for its expansion and the launch of its IoT cloud platform for cashless payments and location tracking, called Griffin Enterprise Positioning and Payments System (GEPPS). H&D's expansion plans include a possible share listing on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm in the first half of 2017.
