HeliNet to deploy fibre Bergkamen-Ruenthe commercial zone

German regional operator HeliNet will install a fibre network in the commercial zone at the Industriestrasse in Bergkamen-Ruenthe (NRW) using financial support from the state North Rhine-Westphalia and the EU with a value up to EUR 338,000. HeliNet will connect approximately 100 businesses and 100 private households with broadband connections up to 100 Mbps in that area. Construction work will start in February 2012 and availability of the new broadband is scheduled for October 2012.
