Hertz taps Orange Business Services' IoT connectivity

Car rental company Hertz bought IoT connectivity services from Orange Business Services as part of a three-year deal to support its hourly vehicle rental service. The new deal with Orange Business Services enables Hertz to use a single communications provider to centralise the management of its fleet's SIM cards and service management. Orange will provide the IoT connectivity across seven European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the UK.
