Hexabyte opens capital to a local telecom operator

Hexabyte's administrative board said the decision to sell part of its shares is in line with its development strategy. The ISP plans to open to any alliance that would help it expand its local commercial network, enter international markets and improve its performances. The sale is still subject to regulatory approval.
