Hexatronic agrees to buy Germany's Opternus for up to EUR 12.5 million

Swedish company Hexatronic Group has reached an agreement to buy all the shares in German fibre-optic company Opternus for EUR 10 million on a debt-free basis and up to another EUR 2.5 million as an additional purchase price. The selling principal owners are the company's two chief executives, Sven Wiedemann and Hans-Peter Baisch, who will continue in their current positions.
