High Court says CityFibre can proceed with ASA 'fibre' ruling challenge

UK wholesale full-fibre network infrastructure provider CityFibre announced that it has been granted permission by the High Court to proceed with a judicial review of the decision by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) about how the term 'fibre' is used in broadband advertising.
