Spanish satellite operator Hispasat has announced an agreement with Israeli provider of satellite-based voice and data communications HiSky to introduce low-capacity voice, data MSS (Mobile Satellite Services) and IoT (Internet of Things) services in Spain, Portugal, Latin America, and North Africa.
