HKBN launches Global Talk+ service

Hong Kong operator HKBN has introduced a service dubbed 'Global Talk+'. Subscribers who take up the operator's offering will be able to switch to HKBN and keep their home phone numbers without the need to physically install a fixed phone line. The Global Talk+ service is available for HKD 28 per month.
