HMD Global launches first locally produced Nokia smartphone in Brazil

HMD Global has launched the first Nokia smartphone manufactured in Brazil, reports Diario do Nordeste. The Nokia 5.3 has a 6.55-inch screen, four lens camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 mobile platform, 128 GB storage and 4,000 mAh battery. It is available from BRL 1899 and can be purchased from the Nokia online store and major retailers such as Americanas.com, Magazine Luiza, Casas Bahia, Pontofrio, Pernambucanas, Carrefour, Mercado Livre and Amazon. The device is also available from Claro, the first HMD Global partnership with a Brazilian operator.
