Hofer considers developing own mobile service

Austrian discount supermarket chain Hofer has confirmed to WebStandard that it currently working on its own mobile phone service. Hofer directors Friedhelm Dold and Guenther Helm said that the Austrian mobile market was currently in a transitional phase and that it would use this period to change to further develop its mobile strategy. It will observe market developments and assess alternative mobile solutions for customers. Hofer has recently terminated its exclusive sales agreement with A1 discount brand Yesss!. It confirmed that it still planned to sell Yesss! products alongside products
