Brazil to roll out Telecom Quality Seal in 2023

Brazil's Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has approved two documents setting out the methodology for introducing the Quality Seal that will be awarded to telecom companies from 2023. In the case of large operators, the Quality Seal is compulsory, and they will be graded according to the obligations and indicators met. In the case of small operators, adhesion to the Quality Seal is voluntary.
