Homeline, Elkat start internet cooperation

Kyrgyzstan ISP Homeline has started cooperating with operator Elkat. Under the deal, Homeline will provide internet service customers with the same speeds available in the capital city. Speeds will be doubled in regions. Rates will be reduced from 25 January.
