Honduras dropped-call compensation costs EUR 14 mln/yr

The regulatory requirement to compensate mobile users automatically for dropped calls is costing operators in Honduras EUR 14-19 million annually, the El Heraldo daily reported, citing sources at telecoms regulator Conatel.
