Honeywell to deploy security infrastructure for new Egyptian administrative capital east of Cairo

An agreement signed has been signed by Egypt's Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) and Honeywell. The new capital is being built in three phases 45 kilometers east of Cairo and will eventually cover more than 700 square kilometers. Honeywell will deploy city-wide security and surveillance systems as part of the first phase of development, in collaboration with its partner MTI, with a single Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC).
