Hong Kong loses around 14,000 fixed-line subscribers in June

Hong Kong lost 13,705 fixed-line subscribers in June, ending the month with 2.632 million users. The total includes 1.027 million residential fixed-lines and 1.604 million business lines. The number of non-exchange lines (which includes IP telephone and fixed wireless services) increased to 1.363 million in June from 1.361 million in May, according to figures from the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). The number of leased lines fell to 137,100 in June from 137,206 in May.
