Hooq to use Fortumo's carrier billing platform in India

VoD service Hooq and mobile payments platform provider Fortumo have signed a partnership agreement for direct carrier billing in India. Customers in India can now subscribe to the Hooq service by charging payments to their mobile phone bill.
