HP to develop NFV multi-vendor platform with NFV partners

HP joined with NFV ecosystem partners, F5 Networks and Nuage Networks, and Australian operator Telstra to develop a Networks Functions Virtualization (NFV) proof of concept (PoC) product. Certified by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), this multi-vendor platform provides communications service providers (CSPs) with a documented, repeatable framework that can be referenced in deploying NFV technologies. ETSI PoC #38 will be showcased at the ETSI NFV PoC ZONE at the SDN & OpenFlow World Congress, on 12-16 October in Dusseldorf, Germany. The HP approach to NFV is built
