HPE teams up with industry association, universities to reduce electricity use in data centres

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has teamed up with industry association digitalswitzerland, universities and other organizations to found the Swiss Datacenter Efficiency Association. The association will award the Swiss Data Center Efficiency Label, which will be a proof of energy efficiency, as based on certain requirements. The association aims to decarbonise data centres and ultimately reduce their energy consumption.
