Hrvatski Telekom sells travel agency to Uniline

As part of the restructuring of its non-core business, Hrvatski Telekom has signed a contract with local tourism company Uniline for the transfer and sale of the share held in E-tours, a national agency for foreign and corporate travel. E-tours which became part of HT Group in 2016 and generates most of its revenue by selling plane tickets and organising corporate travel. The transaction is expected to close on 31 December 2019.
