HTC plans to re-enter South Africa market in October with Wildfire phones

HTC has announced that it will re-enter the South African market by bringing out devices there in mid-October, ITWeb reported. Craig Kidson, spokesperson at Evercomm, said that the company has obtained the exclusive rights to relaunch the HTC mobile phone brand in South Africa, neighbouring African countries, and Indian Ocean islands. It will offer the Wildfire series of phones including the HTC E Lite, HTC E1, HTC E1 Plus and HTC E2.
